Antenatal Breastfeeding Preparation
Planning to breastfeed? This 60 minute session is ideal before your baby arrives. Learn what to expect in the early days, how to initiate breastfeeding well, and how to prepare both mentally and physically. You'll also be introduced to antenatal hand expression and shown practical positions that support a deep, effective latch.
Lactation Induction Consultations
Support and guidance for individuals and families wishing to induce lactation, including adoptive parents, intended parents, same-sex couples and non-gestational parents. Care is tailored to your individual goals, circumstances and feeding journey, and is ideally commenced as early as possible during pregnancy or family planning.
Initial Breastfeeding Consultation
This extended 90 minute consultation is perfect for addressing any early concerns around latch, positioning, nipple pain, milk supply, or unsettled babies. We’ll observe a feed (if baby is ready), work through common challenges, and ensure you feel confident moving forward. We would also usually have a lot to discuss and debrief from your birth experience! When is the best time to come in? As soon as you can after hospital discharge!
Postnatal & Breastfeeding Day Stay
@ Juno Specialists
A supportive 7-hour postnatal day program for parents and babies under 6 months of age, designed to nurture and support families through feeding, recovery and the transition to early parenthood. The day stay offers holistic support across breastfeeding and infant feeding, sleep and settling, maternal wellbeing, baby care and early parenting, with time for practical guidance, education and individualised support in a calm small-group environment.
Feeding Support Beyond the Early Days
Breastfeeding evolves as your baby grows. Whether you’re adjusting to feeding rhythms, returning to work, planning to wean, or introducing solids. Dr Miranda offers continued support tailored to each stage.
Bottle Feeding & Mixed Feeding Guidance
Not breastfeeding? Mixed feeding or bottle feeding comes with its own questions and challenges. You’ll receive respectful, non-judgemental advice to support your feeding choices, including responsive bottle-feeding techniques.
Pumping & Milk Supply
Get help navigating pumps, pumping schedules, milk storage, and supply concerns. Whether you’re exclusively pumping or expressing occasionally, I can help you find a sustainable approach.
When to seek feeding support
Feeding challenges are often easier to manage with early support, and many parents benefit from guidance before concerns become overwhelming.

If you have left hospital triple feeding, overwhelmed, or without a clear feeding plan
-
If you are experiencing pain, concerns about milk supply, or uncertainty around feeding
-
When transitioning to mixed feeding, bottle feeding or weaning
-
When preparing to return to work while continuing to breastfeed or express
-
If feeding is impacting your emotional wellbeing or mental health
-
Anytime you would like support, reassurance or guidance around feeding your baby
