Dr Miranda Bradley
MBBS, MRCGP, DRCOG, GDFPD, IBCLC
Dr Miranda Bradley (she/her) is a Specialist GP and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) dedicated to providing holistic, compassionate and patient-centred care. She supports women, parents and families through fertility, pregnancy and the postpartum journey, with a special focus on perinatal mental health, breastfeeding and lactation, and women’s and infant health.
As both a Specialist GP and IBCLC, Dr Miranda combines medical and lactation expertise to support parents and babies through both straightforward and medically complex journeys. Her approach is calm, evidence-based and highly personalised, with a strong emphasis on continuity of care and understanding the broader picture of parent, baby, feeding and wellbeing together.
Dr Miranda graduated from Monash University and has more than 20 years of clinical experience across Melbourne, the United Kingdom and Singapore. Her postgraduate training includes General Practice, a Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, family practice dermatology, and lactation medicine. She is also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
Dr Miranda founded Thrive Perinatal in 2020 after recognising the need for more holistic, extended support for women, babies and families during the perinatal period. This later evolved into Livala, where she now provides extended consultations, personalised medical care, and education designed to support people from preconception through early parenthood, with care that considers both physical and emotional wellbeing.
Outside of work, Miranda is a mum to three children and enjoys staying active, spending time with her family, and balancing work with sport and creativity. She enjoys basketball, tennis and snowboarding when possible, cuddles with her dog and two cats, and has an interest in photography and art.
Livala is committed to creating a warm, inclusive and culturally safe space for women, parents and families of diverse backgrounds, genders, sexualities and family structures.
