Dr Miranda Bradley (she/her) is a Specialist GP and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with a strong commitment to holistic, patient-centred care. Her work focuses exclusively on fertility, pregnancy and perinatal care, perinatal mental health, breastfeeding and lactation, and women’s and infant health.

She supports parents and babies at the intersection of medicine and lactation care, working across both straightforward and more medically complex journeys. Her approach is calm, evidence-based and highly personalised, with an emphasis on continuity of care and understanding the full picture of parent, baby, feeding and health together.

Dr Miranda graduated from Monash University in 2001 and has worked in Melbourne, the United Kingdom and Singapore. She completed specialist training in General Practice in the United Kingdom in 2007 (MRCGP), a Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in London in 2005 (DRCOG), and a Graduate Diploma of Family Practice Dermatology in Singapore in 2012 (GDFPD). She is also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

Throughout her career, Dr Miranda recognised that standard short GP appointments often fall short in meeting the complex and interconnected needs of women and families during the perinatal period. This insight led her to found Thrive Perinatal in 2020. Over time, this grew into Livala, her broader perinatal, women’s and infant health practice. Through Livala, Dr Miranda offers extended consultations, personalised medical care, and an expanding range of education and resources to support people from preconception through early parenthood and beyond.

Outside of work, Miranda is a mum to three children and enjoys staying active, spending time with her family, and balancing work with sport and creativity. She enjoys basketball, tennis and snowboarding when possible, cuddles with her dog and two cats, and has a long-standing interest in photography, although most photos these days are now taken on her iPhone!
