About Dr Miranda Bradley
MBBS, MRCGP, DRCOG, GDFPD
Dr Miranda Bradley is an experienced GP who works exclusively in perinatal care, fertility, women's & infant health.
Miranda graduated from Monash University in 2001 and has worked in Melbourne, the United Kingdom and Singapore. She completed speciality training in General Practice in the United Kingdom in 2007, a Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (London 2005) and a Graduate Diploma of Family Practice Dermatology (Singapore 2012).
Dr Miranda Bradley has always had a passion for women's health and perinatal care. Working as a GP, she saw a genuine need for more holistic & comprehensive care for women during their entire perinatal journey and found a short GP visit was never enough to adequately provide this care. This led to her founding the unique Home Visit and Telehealth service Thrive Perinatal in 2020. Since then her Thrive Perinatal practice has grown, she now offers in-person consultations and has recently introduced Thrive Women's & Children's Health to her services. Dr Miranda Bradley is now consulting at the new multidisciplinary practice Maternal Infant Wellbeing Melbourne (MIWM) as a perinatal, children's, women's health & fertility GP, and also works in collaborations with Dr Joe Sgroi, Obstetrician/Gynaecologist & fertility specialist at Epworth Freemasons.
Dr Miranda has extra training and experience in fertility, pregnancy care, breastfeeding medicine & mental health.
When not at work or being a taxi for her three children, Miranda enjoys sports such as basketball & tennis, enjoys cuddles with her cats and dog and has a keen interest in photography, although most pics these days are taken on her iPhone! (See Instagram @drmirandabradley & @drmirandaspics)
Thrive Perinatal is a unique medical service established in 2020 by Dr Miranda Bradley. This specialised medical service is the realisation of her vision to offer extended, comprehensive and holistic consultations to better support the physical and emotional wellbeing of women during their perinatal journey. This care extends all the way from pregnancy planning, fertility, birth, the postpartum and into the early stages of parenthood.
